Position Overview
The
Senior Manager - HR
will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function at EnAble India. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution across talent management, performance, compensation & benefits, and organizational culture. The role will directly contribute to building an inclusive, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Leadership
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and growth.
Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
Lead change management initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Design and oversee recruitment strategies to attract diverse and skilled talent.
Build robust onboarding, capability-building, and career progression frameworks.
Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
Performance & Culture
Implement and continuously improve the performance management system.
Drive a culture of accountability, feedback, and high performance.
Foster employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefit programs.
Ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational philosophy.
Manage employee rewards, recognition, and retention strategies.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth functioning of payroll, HRIS, and employee services.
Update and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with law and best practices.
Ensure statutory compliance, reporting, and risk management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to enhance HR practices.
Represent HR in internal committees and cross-functional initiatives.
Provide HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8-12 years of HR experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, and succession planning.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development.
Prior exposure to social sector or disability inclusion will be an added advantage.
