Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various levels within the South Region.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide timely recruitment support.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide timely and effective resolutions.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and employee feedback mechanisms.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage employee exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
3. Performance Management & Development:
Implement and manage the company's performance management system across the South Region.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Identify training and development needs and develop programs to address them.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the South Region.
Manage HR data and maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the central HR team.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics.
Manage employee attendance and leave records.
Handle employee insurance and other benefits related queries.
5. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:
Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the South Region.
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency of HR practices.
Provide HR support for business initiatives and projects.
Support sales teams with HR related issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing HR functions across a large geographical region.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the South Region.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Experience in handling large sales forces HR issues is highly desired.
Fluency in local languages of the south region is a plus.
