Position Overview




We are seeking a strategic and people-centric

Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP)

who will partner closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role combines

HRBP responsibilities with Talent Acquisition

, ensuring both business alignment and a strong talent pipeline to support our growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities



Business Partnership & Strategy



Act as a strategic HR advisor to business and project heads across functions (Projects, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Design, etc.). Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design. Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across levels (junior to leadership) and business units. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design hiring strategies. Oversee sourcing, interviews, selection, negotiation, and onboarding processes. Manage external recruitment partners and build talent networks within the real estate ecosystem. Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire).

Talent & Performance Management



Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment of goals with business outcomes. Identify and nurture high-potential talent, and support succession planning. Partner with L&D to design and deliver capability-building programs for business units.

Employee Engagement & Culture



Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance management, and conflict resolution. Promote organizational culture, values, and communication across levels. Implement recognition and retention programs to enhance motivation and productivity.

Leadership & Team Management



Lead and mentor HRBPs and recruiters to ensure delivery of HR and TA goals. * Build strong stakeholder relationships with senior management and project leaders.
