- Directly supervise the employee talent acquisition processes to ensure they hire the best fit for the company's needs
- Ensure a healthy work environment by conducting exciting and fun sessions like events to engage the employees more
- Observe and analyse the performance metrics and use the data in strategy and policy development

- Developing training objective for the Organization in line with the company's policy.
- Conducting counseling for employees to know their difficulties and complaints. And acting to sort out the problems.
- Develop and Implement appropriate motivation programs to ensure achievement of objectives of the organization.
- Maintaining of Human resources & health, safety / Labour welfare activities.
- Maintain the employee turnover at optimum level.
- Responsible for Administrative resource management.
- Responsible for housekeeping of the all units.
- Cost saving activity.
- Collecting PF Withdrawal form for the left employees and following the same.
- Conducting Exit Interview.
- MBA or equilent.
- 18 Years & above
- Good knowledge of HR Policies & Procedure
- Good Command in English, both written & verbal
Proficiency in all computer applications and knowledge in ERP system.
