About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HRTech Sr Manager to lead our dynamic HRIS and HR Tech teams based in Bangalore. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across two key workstreams:
HRIS Team: The frontline support for our global business, responsible for responding to ServiceNow tickets raised by HR and business users.
HRTech Team: Focused on Workday solutioning, confi guration, and ongoing support for our HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a delivery-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of HR technology operations, including robust controls and compliance, to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Technology team in India
Set clear goals, drive accountability, and manage performance across the HRIS and HRTech teams Foster collaboration and alignment with global HR Tech product owners and key business stakeholders
Operational Delivery & Support Lead and manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of our HR Technology operations across all global Business Units. Ensure the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and operational effi ciency within HR systems, navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of support tickets, partnering with HROps and Product Owners on continuous improvement initiatives to proactively reduce ticket volume. Actively gather user feedback and lead initiatives to enhance the overall user experience. Collaborate seamlessly with Global HR, Technology, and other stakeholders, overseeing all system upgrades and additions in partnership with the IT department. Coordinate and prioritize Workday confi guration requests, working closely with HR, tech product owners and other teams Support planning and execution of Workday releases, enhancements, and confi guration updates.
Compliance & Governance Ensure strict operational adherence to SOX controls, robust security protocols, and internal/external audit requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation, review audit logs diligently, and provide strong support for internal and external audit processes. Champion a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the team.
Continuous Improvement Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance system support, streamline ticket handling, and elevate confi guration quality. Partner strategically with HR, IT, and Risk/Compliance functions to ensure scalable and fully compliant HR technology operations.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of progressive global HRIS experience, with at least 4 years in a dedicated team leadership or management position.
Demonstrated familiarity with SOX compliance, system controls, and audit frameworks.
Proven ability to effectively manage global stakeholders and seamlessly work across diverse time zones.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong delivery-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Unwavering commitment to maintaining confi dentiality and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Profi ciency in process re-engineering, complex problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
Working knowledge of HR Technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HCM (including confi guration, business processes, and security) is highly preferred, as is experience with tools like JIRA.
