We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager HR System Integrations to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations within our HR systems landscape. This role will be responsible for managing Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HR and other enterprise applications, and providing strategic guidance on integration best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday integration tools, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing HR technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the DD&T strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify DD&T requirements and priorities, ensuring effective allocation of resources and budgeting. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement. Develop and maintain DD&T policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day DD&T operations, including application support, network infrastructure, systems administration. Implement ITIL-based processes for incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management. Ensure adherence to DD&T governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues, implement upgrades, and improve service quality.
Project Management: Oversee delivery of DD&T projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
IT Security and Risk Management: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. Develop and enforce DD&T policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Second Shift: Scheduled working hours 3 PM 12 AM IST schedule.

• Major Incident Availability: means employees are available to be on-call for emergencies without a fixed schedule. Availability

also applies to the launch of new developments, applications, etc. that require delivery on time.
Why and What is the difference between shift work and availability for major incidents
Company-Provided transport: Available for all employees at scheduled times for a
smooth commute from home to office and vice-versa.

• Final departure timing: To ensure everyone's safety, the last transport leaves at a

fixed time which is notified to all employees working the 2nd shift.

• Security escort for drop-off: after their shift, female employees will be escorted by

security to their designated drop point of the employee's choice to ensure safety.

• Security inside the premises will be provided during the 2nd shift.
• All employees will be informed and trained on the BCIT security protocols.

Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST - (4:30 AM 1:30 PM EST).

• Shift duration: 9 hours, including a dinner and snack break. Note that well be providing meals

and snacks.

• On-site presence: All employees on 2nd shift, are expected to attend a minimum of 12 days per

month of in-office presence on set days notified in advance by management. This approach
ensures collaboration and engagement and allows ICC to put make necessary arrangements for
the shift.

• A manager will be responsible for overseeing the second shift roles. To ensure support and

oversight, we will be present in the office to handle any escalations or issues and to track
working hours effectively.

• End of shift: Employees are expected to finish their work within their shift hours. Any special

request must be aligned and approved by line manager and HR team.

• A daily shift allowance will be paid for the selected roles.

. Skills and Qualifications * Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Masters Degree (Preferred) in: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Systems, Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines.
• 12 + years relevant experiences in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors)
• 8+ years' Workday integration Development experience using various Workday integration tools (Core Connector, EIB, Custom Report, PICOF, Studio, APIs)
• 8+ years' experience in Business and Systems Integration, and implementing applications
• 6+ years programming experience XSLT, XML, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and SDLC
• Experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS)

Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well and JIRA
