Job Description


The HR Service Delivery Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of HR services within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership to ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery. The HR Service Delivery Leader is responsible for creating a positive employee experience by implementing and maintaining streamlined HR processes and services. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for HR service delivery aligned with the overall organizational goals. Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and align HR services accordingly. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in HR service delivery, incorporating industry standards and benchmarks. Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR service delivery. Technology Integration: Leverage HR technology solutions to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain HRIS systems and other relevant technologies. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals responsible for various service delivery functions. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Employee Experience: Focus on enhancing the employee experience by providing high-quality HR services and addressing employee concerns promptly. Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR service delivery. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and achievements. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external HR service providers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and ensure service level agreements are met. Change Management: Drive change initiatives related to HR service delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to stakeholders. What You ll Need: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certifications (eg, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. 15+ years of experience in HR roles Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on service delivery. Strong understanding of HR processes, technology, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
