2. HR Operations & Workforce Governance
Full responsibility for:
Attendance and working-hour discipline
Leave and holiday management
Employee records and documentation
Payroll coordination (India operations)
Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
Enforce
performance-based employment
, including:
Probation extensions
Termination of non-performers
Establish clarity on roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
3. Operations & Internal Coordination
Act as the
central control point
between management and teams.
Ensure:
Daily task tracking
Weekly and monthly reporting
Escalation of delays and non-performance
Support smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Support teams.
Ensure adherence to timelines, SOPs, and internal controls.
4. Systems, SOPs & Performance Frameworks
Design, implement, and enforce:
HR policies
SOPs for recruitment and operations
KRAs and KPIs for all roles
Transition operations from:
Person-dependent ? System-driven
Drive consistency, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
Support adoption of internal tools, CMS, or CRM systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quality and retention of hires
Time-to-hire for priority positions
Productivity and discipline of teams

Experience & Skill RequirementsMandatory
Minimum 10+ years of experience
