Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for both academic and non-academic operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core HR functions and the ability to align HR strategies with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions, including job postings, interviews, and workforce planning. Address employee concerns with professionalism and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Design and deliver onboarding, training, and professional development programs for staff and faculty. Manage performance appraisal systems, facilitate regular feedback, and ensure alignment with institutional objectives. Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Maintain confidential and accurate employee records and HR documentation. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs. Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and HR-related growth initiatives. Perform all duties diligently, honestly, and as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in core HR functions, handling a workforce of more than 50 employees.

*Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred).

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of HRMS software.

Language:

English (Required).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
