Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR operations and drive our people strategy. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for building a strong, positive, and performance-driven workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives. You will oversee key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Forecast manpower requirements to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Implement effective performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and development.
Design and implement comprehensive training and leadership development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices to mitigate risk.
Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
Lead payroll management and HRMS implementation to streamline HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience
Proven expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Compliance Management.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have Skills)
Experience in Compensation & Benefits Design.
Proficiency in HR Operations Management.
Experience in designing and implementing Leadership Development programs.
