Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and drive strategy, framework, processes, and data analysis for performance management, talent reviews/calibration, and performance management analytics in consultation with the Head HR.
Assisting the overall HR function with Talent Management by leveraging Learning & Development (L&D). Co-create the organization's L&D vision and curate L&D programs for all employees.
Analyze compensation and benefits benchmarking reports to provide insights on pay structures and market positioning.
Lead job banding project to ensure internal equity, role clarity, and market competitiveness.
Design and analyze a variety of HR surveys such as candidate experience survey, employee engagement survey, pulse survey, training effectiveness survey, etc.
Create HR Presentations for the leadership.
Spearhead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decisions. Should be able to design a variety of HR MIS reports and HR dashboards using MS-Excel and Google Analytics.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Educational Qualifications
MBA / MMS / PGDM / PGDBA in HR from a reputed B-School. Prefers full-time MBA or equivalent degree.
Years of Experience
10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
5 years of experience in Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Strategic HR, and Employee Engagement.
Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent and learning programs that positively calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organizational capability
Proficient in HR Analytics and Advanced Dashboards
Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across business units (interventions)
