Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's growth and innovation in the engineering domain.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Oversee recruitment of engineering and technical professionals. Develop strategies for talent pipe-lining, employer branding, and campus engagement with technical institutions.

Performance Management & Development

Drive performance management systems and support managers in goal-setting and appraisals. Implement learning and development programs tailored to technical skillsets and leadership development.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of transparency, respect, and continuous feedback. Resolve employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and labor laws.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations, especially those related to manufacturing and engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

Evaluate and manage compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive within the engineering industry. Work with finance to align HR budgeting and cost control.

Organizational Development

Support change management initiatives during restructuring, growth phases, or technological transitions. Identify opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Proven experience in leading HR teams and implementing HR strategy. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in a technical work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in managing HR functions in ISO-certified or safety-regulated environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
