About the Role

Swiss Group India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Sr. HR Manager / HR Manager

to lead and manage the Human Resources function across our premium retail network in India. The role involves driving HR strategy, building strong HR practices, supporting retail operations, and ensuring employee engagement across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the HR function for

Pan-India retail operations

. Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for retail and support functions. Develop, implement, and monitor

HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

. Handle

employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution

. Drive

performance management, appraisals, and KPI monitoring

. Plan and execute

training & development programs

to upskill employees. Ensure adherence to

statutory compliance

(PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.). Provide HR support for

store expansions and new openings

. Foster a

positive and engaging work culture

across regions.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree

in Human Resources or related field.

10-18 years of HR experience

(retail industry preferred). In-depth knowledge of

Indian labor laws and HR compliance

. Proven expertise in

recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to

travel to store locations

as required.

Compensation

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
