Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of HR policies
  • Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Recruitment & Induction of new entrants
  • Performance Management & Review
  • Compensation Planning & Administration
  • Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Management
  • Employee Welfare/ Sports/ Engagement
  • HR Records, MIS & Administration
  • Statutory Compliance, Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
  • Social & Ethical Compliance
  • Training & developmental activities of staff & workers
  • Contract Management & wage administration
  • To maintain good service condition of staff & workers & to improve at optimum cost
  • To maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organization
  • To maintain 100% statutory compliance, records under various labour laws
  • Negotiation & discussions with stockholders, villagers & Local village/ Tehsil leaders on various IR matters
  • Visiting Labour Offices / Factories Inspector Premises / Other Government Offices for Liasioning and Maintaining Cordial Industrial Relations.
Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
  • Experience in contract management and wage administration
  • Proven track record in social and ethical compliance
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Extensive experience in Mining industry
  • Proven track record of successful HR policy implementation and management
  • Demonstrated experience in handling industrial relations and statutory compliance
  • Fluent in speaking local/regional language.
