Headquartered in Mumbai with key production operations in Ahmedabad, we supply to top B2B traders and brands in India and export to over 12 countries.

Role Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic senior professional

who can take on a hybrid role encompassing:

Human Resources (HR)

for Mumbai & Ahmedabad locations

Administration

for Mumbai office

Executive Assistant (EA/PA)

responsibilities to the Managing Director
The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager with proven administrative acumen and the ability to work closely with top management on strategic and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources (Mumbai & Ahmedabad)



Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance for both locations. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals. Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives. Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, labour laws, PF/ESIC, etc.). Act as HR business partner for management, advising on workforce planning and culture building.

Administration (Mumbai)



Manage day-to-day administration of the Mumbai corporate office. Handle vendor management, facility maintenance, and office contracts. Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and client visit preparations.

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to MD



Act as the point of contact between directors and all departments. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the director. Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups for the director Maintain confidentiality and manage personal tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile



MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. 5+ years' experience in HR/Admin roles; minimum 3+ years in EA/PA to senior management. Experience in manufacturing or textile/garment industry preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. High integrity and ability to manage confidential information. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

Compensation



Competitive package (
3.6 - 5.40 LPA) based on experience and suitability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
