Creation of Banking and Capital Market (BCM) quarterly business review decks presented to Presidents, Business Heads & EC members Planning, creating materials & driving BCM heads and business unit meetings & ensuring action items to closure Build board presentations containing the future strategy of the business Provide meaningful insights, proactive analysis & alerts on business health to senior leadership for 'optimal' business decision making Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Heads, providing operational support for key decisions, special projects, and company-wide initiatives Ascertaining accuracy of the financial data gathered from multiple sources Objective Key Results formulation, reporting, and tracking for BCM Top-down budget & target setting & implementation of cost saving plans for the business Update and upkeep of strategy document, audits & compliance oversight and tracking the CSAT actions Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for monthly Business Review Meeting Planning & driving weekly BCM meetings & action items to closure Understand the financials of the service lines and provide proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for BCM
