Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Python programming, and data visualization tools, enabling data-driven decision-making and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for large-scale datasets. Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to automate data processing and analysis workflows. Design and build interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Lead data quality assurance efforts and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles. Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning. Strong programming skills in Python with experience in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn, and scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Experience working with large and complex datasets. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead analytical projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
