We're seeking a

General Manager / Senior Manager - Hotel Operations

with over 20 years of experience in the

hospitality industry

to take charge of our high-end property in

Motera, Ahmedabad

. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with a track record of running luxury hotels, leading large teams, optimizing performance, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Direct, mentor, and inspire department heads across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, HR, and Maintenance. Cultivate a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and guest-centric service.

Guest Experience Excellence

Ensure exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and loyalty. Personally handle VIP guest relations, escalations, and feedback with discretion.

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless departmental coordination. Maintain hospitality standards, hygiene protocols, and operational discipline.

Business Strategy & Performance

Drive occupancy, ADR, and profitability through effective strategy execution. Analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions to boost performance.

Sales, Marketing & Branding

Support the sales team in securing corporate, MICE, and leisure bookings. Collaborate with tourism boards, agencies, and event planners for partnerships and visibility.

Financial Oversight

Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and implement financial controls. Ensure profitability while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and safety standards. Lead audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Business (MBA preferred).

20+ years of hotel industry experience

, including

5+ years in senior leadership

. In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, guest services, and financial planning. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams. Experience in

pre-opening, repositioning, or renovations

is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Fluency in

English, Hindi

Gujarati

preferred.
