Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Drive online customer acquisition through paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and digital partnerships.
Manage digital sales funnels, conversion optimization, and CRM integrations for effective lead nurturing.
Collaborate with sales teams to align digital initiatives with overall sales objectives.
Digital Marketing Leadership
Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliates, and Influencers).
Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, and digital storytelling to ensure consistent messaging.
Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT, Customer Experience) for seamless execution.
Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and digital partners.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8-12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and digital sales roles, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital sales funnels, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Data-driven decision-making ability with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and innovative environment.
