Skill Set:
proven experience in government sales, preferably in security equipment, surveillance, electronics, or defense-related manufacturing sectors. Sound knowledge of public procurement procedures (GeM, CPPP, DGS&D, Ministry-level tenders). Demonstrated success in handling large government orders and multi-stakeholder engagement. Understanding of product compliance and certification norms related to security equipment (e.g., CE, BIS, UL, etc.). Attributes:
Excellent understanding of security technology solutions (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.) Strong network within government security and procurement departments. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High proficiency in MS Office, eTendering platforms, and CRM systems. * Willingness to travel across regions for business development.
