Position Summary

This position is expected to create & manage the communication strategy for the organization. Conceptualize & create comprehensive corporate communication content through diverse media.

Demonstrate ability to use social media channels effectively to deliver communication content.

Job Responsibilities

Basic Function

  • Develop communication strategy for the organization
  • Conceptualize & create internal/digital communication like strategic leadership messages
  • Stakeholder management
  • Vendor management
  • Budget management
  • Managing high level client visits and organizational events ( Agenda creation, coordination with relevant stakeholders, presentation management, overall governance of the visit/event, publishing key visit takeaways)
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and designing skills
  • Knowledge of designing softwares
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all branding material
  • Web site management and content development
  • Corporate videos and marketing collateral
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communication
Experience
  • 11 to 15 years
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  • Strong Content writing skills is must
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on Photoshop
  • Work directly with clients in all GOSC communication related Activities
