Position: Sr. Manager - Funnel Expert Cell

Job Type: Work from Office (5-day work week)

Location: Sector 16A, Film City, Noida

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B Sales

Salary: Competitive - (80:20 structure with Quarterly Variable Disbursement)

Build and manage an efficient global sales funnel for Devnagri. Prospect and qualify leads using the BANT Framework and account-based intelligence. Manage, strategize, and execute prospecting to appointment setting lifecycle. Promote Devnagri's products on social and professional channels. Ensure weekly and monthly MIS reporting for clients and the company. Drive participation in live events and campaigns to generate leads.
Technical Skills:

Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email-based outreach. Prospecting for Devnagri products as per overall company strategy. Excellent written and spoken communication. Strong presentation skills. Knowledge of marketing campaigns.
Tools Knowledge:

Notion, LinkedIn, Dux-Soup, Apollo, Mr. E, Google Apps, HubSpot. Agile & adaptable in a dynamic environment. Entrepreneurial go-getter attitude with high discipline. Strong team player, not seeking corporate cushion. Ability to accept rejection, keep a positive outlook, and build processes for improvement. Driven to create a "Build First" culture.
