Job Summary

• Provides support to day to day operations for IGA centre of excellence
• Provides support to Head of IGA COE Operations and Digital Transformation on the overall operations
• Support the migration of existing contracts to the new intragroup arrangement tool
• Provides training on operational requirements for intragroup arrangements

Responsibilities

Strategy

• Become a subject matter expert in intragroup arrangements and provide advisory services for all intragroup arrangement related matters

Business

• Manage day to day operations for the centre of excellence (\xe2\x80\x9cCOE\xe2\x80\x9d) and work closely with the members of the team to ensure a successful collaboration between the different pillars under the COE

Processes

• Work on managing queries to intragroup arrangements related matters and provide support to all users in the transition from the old to the new contractual framework for intragroup arrangements

Governance

• Manage and report overdue of contracts and all associated handlings related to the intragroup arrangement tool
