Job Description
BNC is hiring for MNC for FP&A role for Gurgaon location1. Budgeting/Zero Based Budgeting and Forecasting2. Monthly Reporting / MIS to senior Leadership- Variance Analysis, Cashflow and Cost Sheet- Employee Spend Control3. Experience in driving Process changes and implementing business transformation Practices4. Ability to present and conduct discussions with Leadership team5. Experience of ERP - SAP , Oracle HFM6. Excellent Excel skills . MS access would be an added advantageDesired Candidate Profile1. Qualified CA with minimum 7 years of Post Qualification experience in FP&A preferably in hospitality, hotel or food industry2. Excellent Excel and power point skills3. Proficient in planning deliverables within strict timelines4. Proficient in making presentations and Business analytics5. Strong accounting Knowledge6. Stakeholder Management7. Immediate joiner
