Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets; recommend corrective actions.

Costing & MIS

Implement and manage standard costing systems. Monitor and control project-wise, job-wise, and department-wise costs. Prepare detailed MIS reports for management review.

Accounting & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations as per Indian GAAP/IND-AS. Ensure timely closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.

Audit & Controls

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits. Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Working Capital Management

Monitor and manage receivables, payables, and inventory cycles. Optimize cash flow and ensure efficient fund utilization.

Project Financial Management

Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure financial discipline. Evaluate CapEx proposals, project cost tracking, and ROI analysis.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives. Build financial literacy and awareness across departments.
