Job Title: Senior Manager Finance

Job Objective



To manage end-to-end financial operations including vendor/client/employee payments, salary processing, statutory compliance, and banking activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Salary & Reimbursements



Upload and process monthly salaries via payroll systems or ERP. Handle reimbursements for clients, vendors, and employees with proper documentation. Maintain records of expense claims and approvals.

Vendor & Client Payments



Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments as per contract terms. Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via email and calls. Track payment milestones and ensure 100% closure of receivables and payables.

Payment Follow-ups



Draft and send professional follow-up emails to clients and vendors. Maintain a payment tracker and escalate delays to management. Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for payment status updates.

Banking & Office Visits



Visit banks for cheque deposits, fund transfers, and account reconciliations. Handle challan payments for statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI). Maintain cordial relationships with banking personnel for smooth operations.

Statutory Compliance



Ensure timely payment and filing of TDS, GST, and other taxes. Generate and submit challans without delays. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance checks.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain organized records of all financial transactions. Prepare MIS reports for management review. Assist in internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or Accounting

Experience

3-6 years in manufacturing or PEB industry finance roles

Software Proficiency

Tally, SAP, MS Excel, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems

Communication

Strong email drafting and follow-up skills

Compliance Knowledge

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations

Mobility

Willingness to visit banks and client/vendor offices as needed
