This is a strategic role for a finance professional who brings

end-to-end expertise in CSR funding, grants, donor compliance, and nonprofit financial governance

, and can partner closely with leadership and the Board.

Role Overview

Lead financial strategy, planning, and long-term sustainability Drive budgeting, audits, reporting, and statutory compliance Manage CSR funds, grants, and donor reporting Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks Present financial insights to leadership and the Board Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team

Mandatory Profile

? 10+ years as a

Senior Finance Leader in the NGO sector

?

Healthcare NGO background is mandatory

? Complete command over

CSR funding, grants & donor compliance

? Strong nonprofit accounting, governance, and audit exposure
? High integrity, strategic mindset, and people leadership
