The GPO is responsible for optimizing project management and accounting strategies using SAP and SAC, while ensuring system interactions are leveraged for comprehensive financial advice, reporting, and compliance in line with business requirements.

Strong understanding of project requirements raised by various Finance Directors and the ability to provide solutions based on system knowledge to guide them in setting up comprehensive project accounting. Excellent communication and analytical skills to facilitate strategic finance initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Extensive experience in project management within finance functions. Expertise in project accounting and optimization of WBS codes for financial reporting. Proficiency in SAP projects, specifically utilizing WBS codes within the finance module. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Proven ability to define, implement, and monitor strategies for project accounting and financial reporting. Advanced technical expertise in managing master data and ensuring compliance with established regulations. Deep understanding of finance system interactions to provide optimal accounting practices. Capability to advise on best practices for setting up and managing finance projects. Proven experience in working with business requirements to achieve desired results using SAP projects. Exceptional leadership skills to manage and guide a team, including reporting to senior management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments. Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures. Capability to mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
