About the Role
The responsibilities include the accurate and timely recording of all
payables, receivables and payments, including cash management,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, and all other related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
o Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll)
o Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and reconciliations
o Responsible for cash management, including performing international transfers
o Maintain professional banking relationships
o Responsible for all collection and payments on time with accuracy.

Background and Requirements
Experience Required
o 12years of experience in managing the accounting function of a corporation.
o Expert computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and working on accounting software would be beneficial
Skills, Abilities and Competencies
o Semi qualified CA or MBA or Post Graduated in Commerce
o Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking with a problem-solving orientation.
o Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
o Ability to manage and direct employees
o Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints
o Must be highly motivated and have the ability to function independently and multi-task
o Must be result and profit oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations and perform multifaceted projects
