Role Overview

The

Finance - Fundraising & Treasury Operations

will be responsible for leading the organization's capital-raising initiatives and overseeing treasury functions. This role will ensure effective financial planning, optimal liquidity, and strong relationships with banking & financial institutions. The ideal candidate will bring

deep financial acumen, fundraising expertise, and leadership capability

to manage complex transactions in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Capital Structuring

Identify, evaluate, and execute

fundraising opportunities

including debt, equity, private placements, and structured financing for real estate projects. Lead negotiations with

banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and private investors

to secure optimal funding. Develop strategies for

capital structure optimization

, balancing debt and equity in line with business growth. Create

financial models, cash flow projections, and business cases

to support funding discussions. Prepare

pitch decks and presentations

for investors, lenders, and strategic partners.

Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management

Manage

daily cash flows

, ensuring sufficient liquidity for project and operational requirements. Oversee

short-term and long-term investments

to maximize returns while safeguarding capital. Monitor

interest rate risks, FX risks (if applicable), and market trends

impacting treasury operations. Establish systems for

cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting

to management. Ensure timely servicing of loans, repayments, and adherence to covenants.

Banking & Investor Relations

Build and sustain

long-term relationships

with banking partners, NBFCs, private equity funds, and other financial stakeholders. Drive discussions for

credit ratings, loan syndications, and refinancing opportunities

. Act as the key point of contact for all

lenders, investors, and rating agencies

.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with

RBI, SEBI, MCA, and other regulatory requirements

for fundraising and treasury operations. Maintain accurate and timely

MIS, treasury reports, fund utilization statements

, and variance analyses for management. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and investor due diligence processes. Drive improvements in

internal controls, processes, and financial risk management

.

Key Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

. 4-8 years of hands-on experience in

treasury operations, fundraising, or corporate finance

(real estate or allied industries preferred). In-depth understanding of: Debt & equity instruments Structured financing & project financing Treasury management systems Cash flow and liquidity planning Strong

network with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors

. Proven expertise in

financial modeling, MIS reporting, and capital allocation strategies

. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and

negotiation skills

with the ability to influence stakeholders. High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
