Role: Chartered Accountant Location- Noida/Delhi Requirements: Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant Work experience: 6-7 years experience with NBFCs / Fintech (Preferably NBFC P2Ps) Skills: Working knowledge of cashflow modeling, direct and indirect taxation, collections, and recoveries Roles & Responsibilities : Manage the supply and demand for P2P Lending and Institutional Lending. Work on regulatory reporting from the financial perspective. Prepare financial models for business understanding of the lending business. Detailed financial knowledge of P&L / Balance Sheet and financial ratios. Due diligence and credit risk assessment of the segment proposal Regular credit risk portfolio monitoring and collateral management/monitoring for checking and controlling frauds/delinquencies. Participate in, and clear regular internal and external audits Contributing and executing accounting policies and positions on relevant transactions, preparing technical accounting memos, and developing relevant accounting checklists to streamline accounting processes Performing daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, ledger management, payments, tax computation and declarations, balance sheets, preparation of financial reports, as well as statutory and annual audits Reviewing non-recurring journal entries to determine appropriate classification Assisting with cash flow management, monitoring and forecasting the company\'s cash position
