RTR JL5A JL5B 2 position each 5A 5B 5A 10 Years 5B 8 years Accounting Finance Graduate Post Graduate Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred Experienced qualified accountants with good people management skills 8 11 years relevant experience of which 4 years of RtR experience Should have BPO third party vendor exposure of at least 3 years Functional domain knowledge of F A processes Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification transformation problelm resolution Accounting degree CA CPA Typical Responsibilities include a Oversee and supervise process leads and supervisors b Work with the delivery center and the technology lead in ensuring recruitment center readiness technology connectivity etc c Manage client expectations d Work and communicate with people across organizational units e Define goals performance parameters for team guide them in achieving the same f Track and monitor transition progress within a geography across processes
