Purpose of the Role
The role exists to support planning & execution of assigned diagnostic activities related to EVHV powertrain for entire range of PVBU vehicles.
Job Responsibility
Program planning and Program management:
Assist Tool team/Field Team in program implementation and management for assigned projects.
Organize and coordinate with COCs to reviews issues faced at Service team/Tool team and track the issue resolution of the same
Assist the Field activities during pilot batch manufacturing for powertrain components related troubleshooting
Follow up and coordinate with core group and extended team for live issues and concerns raised by service team.Program Deliverable success review:
Track the vehicle issues during software update and tool software update and usage for Field issue resolution
Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through review governance process
Organize reviews to communicate the issues to respective COCs and ensure identified actions are followed through.
Gen3 process and project documentation:
Undertake documentation pertaining to project status and deliverables
Prepare and maintain the product line issue history
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics)
Experience:3 to 8 years of experience in domain of vehicle level data analysis issue resolution related to HV powertrain.
Skills & Competencies
Timely issue resolution and feedback for mitigation of the issue to reduce warranty cost and improve new products.
Support for Field issue analysis, troubleshooting faults at Field, Roadblocks faced in field analysis, communication in field etc.
Drive all Field issue related activities across different EV car platforms to achieve the Customer satisfaction, improve product level quality with design inputs from observed issues in field, indirectly reduce warranty cost and improve new products.
