Role & responsibilities Manager - Engineering Services Engineering Services Oversight
Lead and manage all workshop location activities including repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of Dulevo machines, Tractor and other vehicles.
Ensure service operations align with company standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
2. Hydraulic Systems Expertise
Supervise maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of hydraulic machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components including pumps, valves, actuators, hoses, and cylinders.
Ensure correct hydraulic fluid specifications, pressure settings, and system calibrations.
3. Maintenance Planning & Execution
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for machinery and infrastructure.
Ensure minimal equipment downtime through efficient resource allocation and timely interventions.
Oversee breakdown response and emergency repairs.
4. Team Leadership
Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff in daily repair and maintenance tasks for all locations.
Train staff on hydraulic systems maintenance and safety procedures.
Evaluate team performance and identify development opportunities.
5. Health, Safety, and Compliance
Enforce adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards across all repair and maintenance operations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and manage the repair and maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and labor.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
7. Asset and Inventory Management
Oversee inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables for hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, equipment history, and parts usage.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and service reports for all workshop.
Provide regular operational updates and KPIs to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile should have good experience and technical knowledge of repair and maintenance of Commercial Vehicles and have led the workshop guiding the team of engineers. Well versed with computer reports analysis, and communications to senior management. Open to travel and audit the performance of all workshops, Guide & mentor team
