PubMatic is seeking an engineering leader who can lead and deliver a next-generation highly scalable, and low-latency ad server by influencing talented engineers and team leads.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver solutions with strategic planning across multiple functional groups
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members to deliver value consistently
• Experience in C/C++, Linux/UNIX environments.
• Good experience in software design and architecture.
• Good experience in building complex and scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Perform code and design reviews.
• Operating System knowledge and working experience in system programming (multi-threading, multi-processing, memory management is required.
• Research, learn, design, and build highly reliable, available, and scalable platforms.
• Implement best software development practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership and commitment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to go the extra mile to achieve greater results.

Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days \xe2\x80\x9cin office\xe2\x80\x9d and 2 days \xe2\x80\x9cworking remotely\xe2\x80\x9d) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions. All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices. Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
