Role Overview:
The incumbent is responsible for strategizing and operationalizing core business processes associated with Our Company's Hyderabad IT Emerging Talent Rotation (ETR) Program, a rapidly expanding 2-year, 3 rotation program for full-time, entry-level employees, with the intent of identifying and developing the future generation of IT employees.
The IT Emerging Talent Rotation Program is a part of IT's Talent Programs (ETP). These programs cultivate the technical, business, and professional experience of student and entry-level technologists.
