Purpose of the Role
Responsible for Embedded hardware development, DVP, Diagnostics requirement definition, Development with CoC's Hardware failure analysis, base software development support and base software interface development / testing
Job Responsibility

• Hardware Finalisation and Diagnostic.
• Finalisation of functional description document for development of fast charging in VECU.
• HW design specification and HW assessments.
• Selection of hardware (ECUs, Inverters, Motors).
• Preparation of DVP for Powertrains Components (VCU, MCU, BMS, Pump, BLDC FAN etc).
• Preparation of Failure analysis report (8D, Fish Bone, and DFMEA) of components.
• Diagnostics specification requirement definition as per UDSTechnology Roadmap.
• Analysis of Benchmark reports.
• Preparation of technology roadmap for different powertrain component.
• Support for tracking New Technology Development projects status.
• Working knowledge experience in selection and optimization of uP, uC for Supervisory control in powertrain
• Selection of hardware (ECUs, Inverters, Motors)Preparation of DVP for Components
• Preparation of Failure analysis report (8D, Fish Bone) of components
• FMEDA Analysis of component
• Preparation of Diagnostic specification documents
• Development of BSW interface for ASW Integration
• EH_Electronic Control Boards design and development
• EH_H/W Driver Software development
• EH_Diagnostics Software Development & Testing

• B.Tech/ M Tech Electronics/ Mechatronics / Electrical
• Experience: 3 to 8 Years in Embedded Hardware Design

• Hardware/Software Architecture
• Software testing on HIL
• Functional Safety requirements Management
