Senior Manager - Distribution (B2B) Strategy:
- Franchisee managers and distribution manager- Expert of distribution and franchisees (not channel sales and distributors; roles of distributors and distribution managers are different).
- Exp- Min 7 years
- Location- Pune; Covering India Market
- Qual- MBA- Mkt, Sales, Distribution
- Would be involved in Channel dev, integration, OEM, Developing support infrastructure, by self, will work with different stakeholders, startups, fleet owners, will handle existing dealer networks, fleets, channel partners, partner advisory counsels
- It is a backoffice role of marketing; working on strategies and offers
- IC role- no direct reportees; will be managing contractors working on ground
- Behavioral skills- Very good communication, story telling, communicating complex messages, leadership traits, would be leading from front, strategic orientation, understanding political changes, understanding of external environment, anticipating changes, action accordingly
- Will report to B2B Head Marketing
