About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace strategy, operations, and innovation. You'll oversee M365 implementation, administration, and optimization -- including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and related services -- while ensuring endpoints are secure, reliable, and productive. This role also owns secure virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for contractors, corporate laptop and mobility catalogs, including setting strategy and hardware standards that align with business needs and lifecycle best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of M365 admins, developers, and endpoint professionals.
Develop and execute the M365 and endpoint strategy aligned to business goals.
Act as a thought leader on collaboration tools, security best practices, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and businesses to deliver a secure and efficient digital workplace
M365 Environment Management
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).
Establish governance, adoption programs, and operational excellence around M365.
Oversee administration, configuration, governance, and security of all M365 services.
Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, and related tools.
Stay current with Microsoft roadmaps; recommend adoption strategies for new features.
Workforce Device Catalog
Own and manage the enterprise laptop/endpoint catalog for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
Define baseline configurations with security layer (endpoint protection, disk encryption, patch management, etc.).
Partner with IT Security to ensure endpoint compliance and risk mitigation.
Mobility Strategy & Software Stack
Develop and execute the company's mobile strategy, balancing productivity with enterprise security.
Define and operationalize the corporate mobile software stack (MDM, MAM, secure communications, and productivity apps).
VDI Management
Own the design and deployment of secure VDI solutions for contractors and external partners.
Ensure seamless user experience while meeting data protection standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years in IT service delivery, with 5+ years managing M365 teams and services.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale M365 solutions.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
Background in mobility strategy, MDM/MAM platforms, and mobile application security.
Advanced PowerShell skills for M365 automation and reporting.
Experience defining and managing corporate device standards (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications in M365 or endpoint management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
