What you'll be doing...
We are seeking an innovative and customer-centric Senior Manager Digital Product Development Loyalty Programs to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our loyalty program's digital experience. This role is passionate about customer retention, personalization, and building engaging digital products that drive sustained value for our users and the business. Additionally, you will be defining the digital features and functionalities of our loyalty program, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience across all digital touchpoints. This role will manage a small team to build the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products/services within the loyalty program, with the ultimate goal of creating a scalable and sustainable business line and meeting the company's strategic objectives.
Strategic Thinking & Planning:
Defining product vision, mission, and long-term goals: Establishing a clear and compelling direction for the product portfolio that aligns with overall business objectives.
Developing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives: Translating the product vision into concrete, actionable plans and timelines for product development and launch.
Prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and user impact: Making informed decisions about what to build and when, considering both the potential return on investment and the benefit to the end-user.
Market Analysis & Research:
Continuously monitoring the market for emerging trends, analyzing competitor strategies and offerings, and deeply understanding the evolving needs and behaviors of customers.
Designing and executing various research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather actionable insights.
Identifying unmet customer needs or underserved market segments that can be addressed with new products or services, and identifying potential areas for growth.
Financial modeling and forecasting:
Creating financial projections for new products or initiatives, assessing potential ROI, and managing budgets effectively.
Ensuring that product decisions contribute directly to the achievement of broader company goals and priorities.
Customer Empathy & User Experience (UX):
Applied understanding of customers, their pain points, and desires.
Translating user needs into product features.
Utilizing best practices in user interface design, usability, and the human-centered approach to problem-solving.
Data Analysis & Decision Making:
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting product performance data.
Using various data sources to track product usage, identify trends, and measure success metrics.
Using software and techniques for data manipulation, visualization, and interpretation.
Communication & Influence:
Articulating complex product strategies clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Tailoring communication style and content to effectively engage with technical teams, senior leadership, marketing, and sales.
Building consensus and influencing stakeholders across different departments.
Negotiating, persuading, and gaining buy-in from various internal teams to ensure successful product execution.
Technical Aptitude:
Collaborating effectively and bridging the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, fostering strong partnerships with development teams.
Innovation & Creativity:
Thinking outside the box to identify novel solutions and opportunities.
Capacity to generate new ideas, challenge existing assumptions, and explore unconventional approaches.
Adapting to changing market conditions and technological advancements, remaining agile and proactive in responding to shifts in the industry landscape, and embracing new technologies.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with loyalty platforms, marketing automation tools, and/or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile methodologies
Working knowledge of the stages involved in bringing a product to market and experience working within agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Understanding of underlying technologies and their implications for product development.
Ability to grasp technical concepts and understand how technology choices impact product features and capabilities.
Strong presentation and data-driven storytelling skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Deep understanding of customer loyalty principles, personalization strategies, and user experience best practices.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products that drive measurable business outcomes.

Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $136,500.00 - $238,000.00.
