Requirements:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the art, culture, or creative industries
Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Strong hands-on experience managing digital channels including websites, apps, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and presenting actionable insights
Experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently while ensuring high ROI on digital initiatives
Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the art and culture space
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate or master's degree in marketing
Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms: Experience with various SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
