:

We- re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager, as part of the marketing team to drive and execute our digital marketing strategy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible to set up and roll out digital presence online including paid campaigns, SEO, and website management.

The role reports to the AVP, of Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

- Lead the B2B performance marketing campaigns.

- Work on strategy and execution for acquisition channel across all the major platforms and aggressively grow the outbound lead generation pipeline

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across the funnels including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization and reporting

- Plans and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns with the help of an agency.

- Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches

- Lead the development of best-in-class paid campaigns, and strategic and innovative plans that yield significant business revenue

- Identify, test, and optimize the best performance marketing channels to drive user growth, - ROI, and incremental revenue

- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.

Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports

- Handle and manage budgets for all campaigns. Prepare regular, monthly, and quarterly, reports on campaign metrics

Qualifications:

- Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

- Has at least 4+ years of professional work experience in campaign management and digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience in leading, designing, and implementing successful digital campaigns

- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major engines like Google, Linkedin & Facebook.

- Experience in handling campaigns through an agency and ensuring best practices and regular optimizations.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user journeys across funnels

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools for SEM (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc)

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, A/B testing

- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results

- Experience building and managing relationships, both internally and externally

- Previous experience working in a B2B tech company will be a plus

- Bachelor- s or master- s degree in marketing or a related field
