Senior Manager -

Digital Analytics Lead



We are

seeking

a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across our web, social, paid media, campaign initiatives

, as well as relevant offline channels

.

T

his role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our digital analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.



Responsibilities



Web Analytics Leadership:



Serve as the primary point of contact for all web analytics needs, including ad hoc reporting, executive requests, and web performance analysis.


Consistently

monitor

web traffic and engagement data to

identify

issues, leading on root cause analysis and remedial action planning


Maintain and steward our AB Testing Program (VWO or similar platform), ensuring proper test structure, analysis, and

utilization

.


Oversee Cookie Governance, collaborating with Legal and other stakeholders to

maintain

compliance and transparency.


Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring proper implementation, data collection, and tag deployment.


Develop and

maintain

a source of truth for web channel performance, providing insights to upper management.


Stay abreast of industry trends in website optimization and performance and provide input to strategy and planning

regarding

how we benchmark and can improve performance


Collaborate with the web team on BAU optimization including SEO, CRO etc


Social Analytics Expertise:



Provide senior-level

expertise

in social reporting, audience understanding, and data analysis.


Oversee the work of social media analysts, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.


Connect social reporting with wider performance metrics, particularly for new social workstreams.


Respond quickly to urgent data requests from US-based leadership.


Contribute to the development and execution of the new social strategy through data-driven insights.


Paid Media Analytics:



Provide visibility into paid media and campaign web data, including web lead, conversations, and inflow data.


Maintain historical knowledge of data gaps, troubleshooting methods, and expected resolutions.


Possess deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console (including GA4 migration).


Oversee pixel placement and collaborate with relevant teams on implementation.


Analyze

campaign

A/B testing results and provide actionable recommendations.


Serve as a liaison between paid media and the

MarTech

Analytics team.


Provide analytics support for critical digital topics such as cookies, MCI integration, attribution modelling, SEO/SEM strategy, UTMs, and enhanced conversions.


Oversee landing page, form fill, and other web QA and UAT processes.


Manage scorecard data updates and recurring cross-channel digital reporting.


Campaign Analytics:



Lead competitive intelligence efforts,

leveraging

tools like

or

Drive optimization of live campaigns through data analysis and insights.


Ensure a strong connection between web analytics and broader campaign metrics to provide complete performance narratives.


Partner with campaign strategy to deliver campaign testing frameworks for digital channels (web, paid, social, and outbound)


MarTech

Analytics:



Act as a strategic partner to the technology team, aligning analytics initiatives with technology roadmaps and ensuring seamless integration between digital analytics solutions and core tech

nology

platforms.


Collaborate to develop and

maintain

an operating model that fosters

synergy

between analytics and technology functions, supporting the execution of joint projects and long-term digital

objectives

.


Ensure continuity of MCI data ingestion into GBQ and manage connector users.


Manage GA4, including admin privileges, reporting, and scheduling reports.


Provide GA4 access to the team and manage UTM builder access for campaign tracking.


Oversee GTM training and ensure the platform is fully

utilized

by the

MarTech

team.


General Responsibilities:



Beyond surface-level reporting, this role is expected to champion the transformation of raw data into clear, actionable insights that directly inform strategy and day-to-day decision-making across the department. By proactively

identifying

opportunities, inefficiencies, and emerging trends, the analytics lead will empower teams to move from observation to action--bridging the gap between analysis and execution. Their recommendations will not only highlight what is happening, but also clarify why, and advise on the

optimal

course of action, ensuring analytics is not a function

operating

in isolation but a catalyst for measurable business impact.


Develop and

maintain

comprehensive documentation of analytics processes and configurations.


Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.


Stay

up-to-date

with the latest trends and technologies in digital analytics.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting dashboards.


Qualifications we

seek

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Computer Science).


Y

ears of experience in digital analytics, with a proven

track record

of success.


Expertise

in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.


Strong understanding of social media analytics and paid media metrics.


Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely).


Proficiency

in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Experience with cookie governance and data privacy regulations.





Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Master's degree in a related field.


Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Google

BigQuery

, Amazon Redshift).


Experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.


Experience managing and mentoring a team of analysts.
