Senior Manager / Deputy GM - International Sales & Business Development - Industrial Valves
We are looking for a high-performing
International Sales & Business Development Leader
with strong experience in
industrial valves, actuators, and flow control solutions
to drive global market expansion and strategic growth.
This is a leadership role focused on
EMEA, MENA, SEA, North America, and Oceanic markets
, working with EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and process industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Market Strategy
Develop and execute region-wise GTM strategies for global valve markets
Identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and growth opportunities
Drive international expansion and market share growth
Strong understanding of Vision 2030 (KSA), Bumiputra Policy (Malaysia), and government procurement frameworks
Business Development & Key Accounts
Utilize strong global business connections to convert strategic opportunities
Manage Top 30 key global accounts
Drive annual revenue and order booking targets
Handle engineered-to-order project sales cycles
Approvals & Certifications Expertise
Good working knowledge of international certifications:
PED / ATEX / IECEx / CE
API certifications
ACS / WRAS / DVGW
ASME / EN / global compliance standards

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?210,000.00 per month
