About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Delivery Manager

to lead large-scale

Data & Analytics

programs for global clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud data platforms, data engineering, BI/analytics, and managing large, distributed teams. This role focuses on delivery excellence, customer success, and driving value across multiple data programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data modernization, BI/analytics, and cloud data projects. Manage large, distributed global teams (50+ FTEs) and multiple Project/Program Managers. Drive delivery governance, KPIs, compliance, and data security standards. Partner with architects and engineering teams on scope, architecture, and execution. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with proactive risk and issue management. Build strong client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders and executives. Manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and delivery metrics. Support pre-sales and solutioning for data & analytics opportunities (preferred).

Required Skills

15-20 years in IT, with

2+ years in a Delivery Manager/Program Manager

role. Strong expertise in: Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines) Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks) Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) Experience leading large global teams and multi-project portfolios. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DataOps/DevOps.

Preferred

Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field. Certifications: PMP, SAFe/Agile, AWS/Azure/GCP Data certifications, Snowflake, Databricks. * Experience in Tier-1 IT services and pre-sales support.
