The Opportunity

This person will be responsible for client management, delivery of projects, for intelligent automation and related emerging technologies.

We believe the following skills will help you be successful:

Technical Competencies:

Experience in implementing Gen AI Proof of concept and knowledge of AI Ecosystem At least 5 years' experience working with intelligent automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform components, including PowerApps and Power Automate. Experience in managing Profit and Loss Account.

Professional Skills:

Flexible and adaptable to evolving technologies Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset. Ability to identify and set priorities, plan and effectively allocate appropriate resources.

Experience:

Overall work experience of 10+ years. Exposure to international assignments would be preferred. Experience managing a client and profitability of the projects. Exposed to agile way of delivering, engaging the team to deliver high quality outcomes. A passion for driving automation and related technologies across clients

Qualification

Master's / bachelor's degree in engineering/ computer science or related discipline

This is what you will do:

Client Management to meet their organizational objectives Oversee delivery team activities to achieve operational, quality and financial targets. Design frameworks for performance, scalability, security, and reusability to ensure delivery excellence. Implement software development best practices, agile methodologies, and coding standards. Apply rigorous governance to delivery, manage project progress, and ensure benefits realization. Ensure procedures are effective and properly implemented. Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
