Senior Manager - Data Science!

In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and ensure best practices in ethical AI and model governance.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities - Data Scientist (AI &

GenAI

)

Core AI & ML

Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) for predictive and prescriptive insights.

Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support AI models.

Apply advanced statistical techniques for experimentation (A/B tests, causal inference, regression analysis).

GenAI

(Generative AI)

Design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for use cases like summarization, text generation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows.

Implement prompt engineering, chain-of-thought design, and evaluation frameworks to improve

GenAI

outputs.

Build domain-specific knowledge bases and vector databases for contextualized AI responses.

Integrate

GenAI

with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, ServiceNow) to enable intelligent automation.

Data & Engineering Collaboration

Partner with Data Engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets for model consumption.

Collaborate with ML Engineers to productionize models with CI/CD,

MLOps

, and monitoring.

Work with UX/Product teams to translate model outputs into actionable insights and intuitive dashboards.

Business & Domain

Understand business problems and map them into AI/

GenAI

solutions with measurable ROI.

Translate technical insights into business-friendly narratives for leadership and clients.

Identify emerging AI/

GenAI

trends and evaluate their relevance to business strategy.

Governance & Ethics

Ensure models comply with responsible AI principles: fairness, transparency, explainability, and bias mitigation.

Establish monitoring frameworks for accuracy drift, hallucinations, and ethical risks in

GenAI

usage.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science*

Graduate degree in Data Science is preferred

Hands-on experience with

MLOps

tools and platforms such as Azure ML, SageMaker

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst

Strong background in data mining and statistical analysis

Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop)

Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and algebra

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and business acumen
