Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.
We are hiring a Manager / Senior Manager - Data Analytics passionate about delivering extraordinary measurement and performance insights on Amex Offers. The role will focus on driving forth the Amex Offers charter via state-of-the-art intelligence at the program as well as campaign level. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of business and media analytics, with opportunities to influence product development and executive decision-making. Core to this is stakeholder management, clear communication, and data-driven perspectives. Ideal candidates will have an analytics or measurement background, experience directly working with advertising or transaction data.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end platforms to host measurement solutions for advertisers and internal stakeholders including CSM, BD and Product
Design measurement frameworks for card-linked offer (AmEx Offers) campaigns.
Establish value of Amex Offers and Digital Ads as a key component of the Membership Flywheel
Establish standardized KPIs, benchmarks and report templates to support performance supervising across verticals and formats
Lead the evolution of campaign reporting dashboards, making insights more accessible, scalable, and automation friendly.
Partner with AODM product teams to help provide recommendations to improve data pipelines, campaign tagging, and data quality controls
