Job Description

:

• B.E/B.Tech(Bio-Medical / Mechanical Engineering) with 10 to 15 years of experience in handling Medical Gas Pipeline, Modular Operation Theatre, Pneumatic Tubing System, Nurse Call System, CSSD Equipments and Medical Equipments in a large Hospital / Infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and Client for seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety codes and hospital requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, certifications, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Enforce safety protocols for handling and storage.
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and consumables.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Prepare daily progress reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
• Submit compliance and performance reports to senior management
