Experience of working with Japanese clients. Experience of working with clients in other global markets (India, US, Europe, APAC) would be nice to have. Deep knowledge of the automobile industry, customers, dealers, and supply base. Deep understanding of the Connected Vehicle Ecosystem and emerging technologies like EV (Electric Vehicle), Autonomous vehicles and a deep understanding of remote diagnostics and service tools. cloud computing and Automotive Connected car experience is desirable. Passionate about customer satisfaction and ability to work independently when needed Passionate problem solver and can focus attention on technical details (take complex problems and break them down into components).
Build / maintain excellent relationship with B2B clients and partnerships in Japan / other geographies and ensure success of TCIN's engagements with them. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a healthy sales pipeline and own the sales cycle activities such as proposal creation, estimation, and Statement of Work (SoW), in close collaboration with the Technical teams. Support the efforts for sales planning and manage tracking, reporting, invoicing, and other aspects of sales operations in collaboration with Finance and other teams Support the implementation of business development plan to meet sales targets, expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the markets. Lead client conversations in the connected mobility area, and conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers to showcase product value and benefits. * Be responsible for revenue generation, profitability, customer satisfaction and growing the customer base and engagement portfolio.
